Cash on Delivery - Terms and Conditions

Minimum Bill Value

Cash on Delivery is applicable only for bill values between Rs 500/-(minimum) and Rs. 10,000/-(maximum)

Fraud Verification

Every order that is placed through Cash on Delivery goes through a mandatory fraud verification process. If need be, designated personnel from TTK Prestige Ltd, may call you on your registered contact numbers for confirmation of the order. In case the order is rejected during this process, the order will not be processed and you will get an order status ‘rejected’ email on your registered email ID.

Limited Delivery Area

Cash on Delivery is available only for select pin codes. Please use the Pin code locator in checkout screen to check which areas are covered

Stock Availability

Cash on Delivery is subject to availability of stock. In case stock is not available, our representative will call and inform you on your registered contact number within 2 working days and the order will not be processed.

Order Status

Once your order is approved you will get an email alert on your registered email ID within 2 working days.

Mode of Payment

The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is Rs.10,000. Gift Vouchers or Store Credit Note or other modes of payment cannot be used for Cash on Delivery orders. Cash - only payment at the time of delivery.



All products ordered online at www.prestigesmartkitchen.com get shipped within a period of 2 - 3 days. However, there are some product which have certain geographical and physical restrictions as these are a bit bulky as well as delicate and hence cannot be shipped via a courier. These products are delivered by the nearest Prestige Smart Kitchen outlet. The regions where our outlets cannot reach, these products will not be shipped. These products are validated at the shopping card via pin code for delivery. Wherever the entered pin code is not supported, the purchase for this product will not be allowed.
